SpringHaus Farm has partnered with Emily Bond Photography & Christi's Candids (some great local talent I might add) to create the SHF Blind Date Encounter designed exclusively for singles 18 and older, focused on connection, comfort, and capturing real moments.

So, what does this experience actually involve

Picture this:

​

  • First-look photos with someone you’ve never met before.

  • Dancing in a pine tree farm, laughing, and breaking the ice naturally.

  • A relaxed picnic under the trees surrounded by beautiful scenery (added cost).

  • Posing with a complete stranger for the very first time.

  • Capturing all of the “aww” moments from the beginning, the nerves, the smiles, the genuine reactions…​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​

This experience is intentionally designed to remove the pressure of traditional dating apps.

Instead, matches will be formed through a detailed, confidential application that focuses on compatibility, shared interests, values, and personal preferences.

By attending this event, all participants agree to uphold the following rules and standards of conduct.

Eligibility & Participation Rules

​

  • All participants must be 18 years of age or older.

  • All participants must be single.

  • Government-issued ID may be required for age verification.

  • Participation is voluntary, and acceptance is not guaranteed.

  • This is a fan-inspired event and is not affiliated with Netflix or Stranger Things.

 

Failure to meet eligibility requirements may result in removal without refund.

 

Respect & Behavior Expectations

*All attendees are expected to treat others with dignity, respect, and courtesy at all times.

The following behaviors are strictly prohibited: Unacceptable behavior includes but is not limited to:

  • Harassment, intimidation, or unwanted advances.

  • Discrimination based on gender, sexual orientation, race, religion, or lifestyle.

  • Excessive intoxication or substance misuse.

  • Aggressive, threatening, or disruptive behavior.

  • Ignoring verbal or non-verbal boundaries.

 

Consent is mandatory in all interactions.

“No” is a complete sentence and must be respected immediately!

Alcohol & Substance Policy (Not Allowed)

  • Alcohol consumption is not allowed for any of our photoshoot sessions.

  • Any participant appearing intoxicated will be asked to leave.

  • Illegal substances are strictly prohibited.

  • Designated staff reserve the right to intervene for safety reasons.

 

Photography & Media

​

  • Group photos and short videos may be captured for promotional use.

  • Participants who opt out of media use will be respected.

  • No unauthorized recording of other attendees is permitted.

 

Removal & Enforcement

​

Event staff reserve the right to:

​

  • Address inappropriate behavior immediately.

  • Remove participants who violate rules.

  • Refuse future participation if necessary.

  • No refunds will be issued for removal due to rule violations.

  • Removal due to misconduct is not eligible for refund.

Pricing & How the Blind Date Matching Experience Works

​

We believe meaningful connections should feel exciting, not pressured! That’s why our pricing structure is simple, transparent, and only applies once a match is successfully made.

​

Application Fee & Matching Process

​

Application Review Fee:The cost to participate in the SpringHaus Farm Blind Date Encounter is $50 per approved application.

No Upfront Charge: There is no charge to apply. Your payment is not collected until you have been successfully matched with a compatible participant.

​

Approval First: All applications are carefully reviewed to ensure compatibility, shared values, and a respectful experience for everyone involved. Submitting an application does not guarantee a match.

When is payment collected?

  • Once a compatible match is confirmed! 

  • You will be notified directly.

  • Payment of $50 per match will be collected by SpringHaus Farm

  • Only after payment is received will your experience be officially scheduled.

Scheduling Your Experience

  • After payment:

    • You and your match will be scheduled based on mutual availability.

    • Dates and times are coordinated to ensure a relaxed, enjoyable experience for both parties & the photographers.

    • SpringHaus Farm, Emily Bond Photography /& or Christi's Candid's will handle all scheduling logistics.

 

What Your Fee Includes

Your $50 matching fee covers:

​

  • Personalized match review and compatibility screening.

  • Coordination between both participants.

  • A curated blind date experience in a private, scenic farm/pine tree or barn setting (weather dependent).

  • First look photos and video moments

  • Guided interaction experiences such as:

    • Dancing under the pines.

    • A picnic under the trees (added fee).

    • Light posing prompts to break the ice!

  • Professional photography and media coverage capturing the authentic, candid moments from the very beginning.
