Hooley's is the bar services we use here at SpringHaus Farm. Our owner Paul has taken the process to a new level, making sure all laws and rules are being followed and all necessary safety specifications have been well thought out. Meet our Bartenders

Paul - Lead Bartender, Owner

Meet Paul! He is the owner and creator of Hooley's Events. His vision was to create a safe space that was welcoming & secure! More importantly, he wanted to make sure the bartenders were properly trained on over serving and pride's himself on making sure your guests go home safely!

Adam - Licensed Bartender

Adam comes to us as a licensed bartender in the state of Georgia! His safe serve and Santa vibe makes you feel secure and safe. He is a big teddy bear and a kind soul who wants to make sure the night goes smoothly and on time!

Katie - Licensed Bartender

Katie is coming to us fresh out of her licensure so please welcome her with open arms! She is learning as we grow but is super excited to serve you and your guests on your special day! We look forward to watching Katie grow in this role.

Scarlett - Licensed Bartender (& coordinator)

Meet Scarlett! She comes to us with much experience in the bartending and coordinator roles. We are so excited to welcome her as she wears many hats and has a wealth of venue knowledge.

Welcome our newest member of Hooley's team, Leannda! Leannda loves the outdoors & meeting new people. She is new to bartending and is so excited to the experience here at Hooley's and SpringHaus Farm!

"What is a Hooley?" You ask...

We are so glad you asked...when we were coming up with names for our Bar LLC, one of the owner's made mention that the "Haus" part of SpringHaus we all brought on by the owner Paul and his German Heritage. As soon as Paul asked what we should name our bar, Hooley's immediately came to mind. A "Hooley" is a Celtic word for party! With Ginger's heritage and very Irish (I mean how more Irish can Ginger, and her maiden name (Murphy) be!) So, are you ready for your special Hooley? Let's go!

We would like to inform you that, effective May 1st, 2025, there will be a slight increase in our bar service prices. This adjustment is necessary due to rising operational and supply costs, and it will help us continue to provide the high-quality service and experience you expect from us. We will also be expanding our refreshment options to include Coffee,Tea, Soft Drinks, and others listed.

We truly appreciate your continued support and understanding, and we remain committed to offering excellent service and value. If you have your package selected and purchased before the above date, please disregard this notice.

Below is the chart to simplify the process as well as the new services so many have requested. *(Haus a Rita...SpringHaus Farm's Haus Margarita, it has become a booked couples favorite...If you are requesting additional signature drinks, those prices will vary by drink request.)
