Vendor COI Requirements

However, what often gets overlooked in the rush of planning and excitement are the logistical and legal aspects that keep everything running smoothly. One of those crucial pieces is ensuring that all vendors have a Certificate of Insurance (COI) with our venue listed as "Additionally Insured."

By having a COI with SpringHaus Farm listed as additionally insured, it guarantees that our venue is protected from any potential claims resulting from the vendor's actions. If something were to go wrong, this extra layer of coverage ensures that the venue is not financially responsible, which gives us peace of mind as we host your special day.
What if one of my vendor's doesn't have this?
At the end of the day, having a COI with the venue & our trust listed as additionally insured is a simple yet vital step that ensures everyone is covered. It protects our venue, protects vendors, and most importantly, protects our couples from any potential legal or financial burdens on their wedding day.

If your vendor doesn't have this, please have them reach out, or they can also click this link to obtain day of event insurance to ensure your event goes smoothly! It is a very affordable policy and is required to be a vendor at our venue. We will not allow vendors to enter the building unless they have a COI with us as additionally insured.
