Booking your wedding venue is one of the biggest decisions you’ll make during the planning process. It sets the tone, defines your budget, and shapes your entire guest experience. Whether you're dreaming of an open-air ceremony under the Georgia pines or a cozy celebration in a white oak rustic barn, knowing the right questions to ask makes all the difference.

At SpringHaus Farm, just 15 miles from Athens, GA, we believe in being fully transparent and prepared for every couple’s unique vision. To help you navigate the process, we’ve put together a checklist of 15 essential questions, and how SpringHaus Farm proudly answers them.

1. Is my wedding date available?

SpringHaus Farm's Answer: We are a new venue (only been open for a little over 6 months) so our answer is it really depends on your date. Peak seasons (spring and fall) can fill fast, but our calendar is available online and we're happy to check your preferred date — just ask or visit SpringHaus Farm Available Dates.

13. What does cleanup look like?

SpringHaus Farm Answer: We take care of major venue cleanup like sweeping, trash removal, and Something Borrowed Closet storage replacement. Your vendors will handle their own breakdowns, and we offer additional post-event services if needed. Your caterer should be handling cleaning up the kitchen area if they utilized this as well as assisting in bussing tables with our staff and taking out their own trash is customary. We do ask that you return the barn to how you found it, but we do the deep cleaning, moping and all the other fun stuff!
